Do you accept PayPal or credit cards? No.

How do you ship? Shipping is done via EMS speed post. It takes 10-17 days to reach the destination, depending on the country. Signature is required on delivery.

I'm not from USA, UK, or Australia. Will you be able to ship to me? Possibly. Ask me and I can find out.

I'm from [Canada, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Ireland, Austria, Poland, Denmark.] Can you ship to me? Not directly from India. I can however ship to you via UK for an additional cost of $24. (Or you can find your own UK based mail forwarding company.)

My tracking status says "customs retained" - is this normal? Yes. All packages are automatically marked as customs as soon as they enter a new country. Wait for a few more days.

What is your refund policy? If the meds are seized by customs, we offer a 100% refund. If the meds don't reach you because you provided a wrong address, or you refuse to sign for the package, or any other reason where we are not at fault, then no refunds are provided.

I am new to bitcoins. How can I procure bitcoins to send them to you?

• If you're in USA, you can use bitinstant.com to buy bitcoins from any walmart or 7/11 store. You can also use coinbase.com to buy bitcoins via your bank account.
• For other countries, you should check localbitcoins.com to see if you can buy bitcoins from someone local to you.
• Another option is to buy bitcoins with PayPal from bitcoinary.com
• Reddit.com/r/bitcoin is a good place to ask people for recommendations on where you can buy your bitcoins from.

Important: Please send bitcoins to me from an address you control. Don't send them to me directly from coinbase.com or bitinstant.com or some other exchange. Open your own free bitcoin wallet at http://blockchain.info/wallet/ - and send your bitcoins there first. And send the bitcoins to me from your blockchain wallet that you control. This way, we will have the exact bitcoin address you sent the bitcoins from, and we will also have a transaction id. Verification of payment becomes a lot easier. Thanks.

Is there a way to pay via PayPal or credit card?

Unfortunately no. We can only accept bitcoins for now.

Can you talk about your shipping methods? How long does shipping take?

Shipping for all the meds is free. Shipping is done via EMS speed post and takes 12-18 days for delivery. (Shipping takes this long because meds are shipped from India.) You will receive a tracking code that enables you to track the shipping online.

Note: Shipping requires a signature on delivery. (If you're not at home on time of delivery, you may have to go to your post office to collect it.)

Shipping is done within 3 days of receiving your order.

I'm not from USA, UK, or Australia. Will you be able to ship to me?

Possibly. Send me an email and let me know which country you are from - and we can probably test out with 20 tablets or so. If that goes through, we can ship more.

I can't directly ship to the following countries because of strict customs: Canada, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Russia.

If you are from one of those countries, please find a friend or hire a mail forwarding service from UK. Because I enjoy a 100% success rate shipping to UK. And the customs of these countries are pretty lenient when it comes to mail being sent from other Euro countries.

If you don't have a friend or can't hire a mail forwarding service, then I can ship it to my friend in UK who can forward it to you. But it'll cost $24 extra. And if for any reason we have to process a refund, it will be on total amount minus this $24 (because I have to pay my friend in UK no matter what.) I would prefer you find your own friend or use a mail forwarding service however.

Note: Because of packaging issues, I can only ship upto 100 tablets if you take me up on my offer of getting my friend in UK to reforward the mail to you.

Poland: I can only ship the 40 tablets order to you directly. Anything over that gets seized by customs.

Countries I won't ship to, even via UK: Finland. New Zealand.

Do you offer a refund if I don't receive the meds?

If for some reason, the meds get seized by customs, we will issue a 100% refund to you. So order with confidence!

We enjoy over 99% success rate while delivering to USA, UK, and Australia.

Note: we don't give a refund if you provide a wrong mailing address, or if you or someone at your place declines to sign for the package during delivery, or if the receptionist in your apartment complex steals your meds (its happened before), or if you use a 3rd party mail forwarding company who opens your package and refuses to forward meds, or any other reason that is not our fault.

My tracking details say the package has been retained by customs. What can I do?

If you're from USA or Canada, then seeing the following entries is normal:

• Customs Retained Reason: Other
  or
• Customs Retained Reason: Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner

Because *all* packages pass through the customs offices. If you read through the tracking entries closely, you will notice that this entry will have been made within *minutes* of the package entering USA or Canada.

As soon as the packages are de-loaded from the plane and their tracking code swiped, the status changes to retained by customs. So the entries are automatic and it doesn't mean that the customs office has opened your package or confiscated the meds.

If the above status doesn't change even after 7 days, then and only then could there be an issue. If there is an issue with customs, we do offer a 50% refund. But we've had a success rate of over 99% while delivering to USA, UK, and Australia.

Note for Canadian buyers

Canadian customs have become very strict with mail coming in from India. (I've heard that this is because Canadian authorities are trying to crack down on the ketamine epidemic in Canada - and 80% of ketamine is exported from India. Unfortunately, non ketamine sellers are being affected too.)

If you still want to receive the meds and are from Canada, then its recommended that you find a friend in USA who can forward the package to you. Or use one of the many USA based mail forwarding service who would charge $11-15 to forward a mail to Canada. (Because Canadian customs are very very lenient when it comes to mail sent from USA, you won't face any problems or delays.)

I can ship the meds to Canada via my friend in UK too, but that will cost you $24 extra - which is a bit more than what most mail forwarding services based in USA charge.
